The MegaStructure family of structures was designed and tested beginning in 2004. It is similar to the Super Series in that it uses hollow aluminum box beams. These beams are extruded with keder grooves in each of the four corners that allow the fabric to be quickly and securely fastened to the frame. MegaStructures are distinguished by the large dimensions of the extrusion itself--4.75" x 13.5". This extrusion is reinforced in all critical areas with a massive aluminum I-beam. The result is truly a MegaStructure able to withstand extreme winds up to 120 miles per hour combined with snow loads of 30 pounds / sq. ft. This beefy structure retains its ability to be assembled and installed surprisingly quickly. It is best suited for applications of at least four months and is ideal for semi-permanent projects.

MegaStructures regularly stocked in our rental inventory are equipped with a standard side height of 15 feet. Other side heights, including 10 feet and 20 feet are available by request. MegaStructures are modular, with 15.0 ft bays added to one another for theoretically unlimited lengths. The more common lengths using these bays are as follows:
