Large corporate clients challenge us, too. Recently Mahaffey set up a 132' x 230' temporary pavilion structure with silk ceiling liners, chandeliers, and more in Puerto Rico for Hewlett-Packard's Annual Global Sales Meeting. Our staff was able to make such an event a success because of our expertise in pre-event planning, interacting with freight forwarders, coordinating crew logistics, and meshing our work with that of other subcontractors.
