Mahaffey offers the perfect storage space - in a range of sizes for your sort center, composting facility, or warehouse for recycled materials. Our structures can be erected on almost any surface - asphalt, concrete, or soil - without the need of a permanent foundation. They can be configured in any size, are erected and dismantled quickly, and are easily relocated. Guardian steel walls and security doors can be installed for added security, as well as rolling overhead doors for convenience.

Mahaffey offers temporary industrial structures with 10' and 13' eave heights. Our semi-permanent warehouse structures have 10', 15', and 20' side heights with superior wind and snow load capability. All of these portable structures are offered with translucent or blackout (opaque) fabric membrane roofs. The translucent tops provide sufficient interior daylight without the need for interior light fixtures. All these structures use aluminum framework that resists the most corrosive atmosphere. All of our structure designs are clear span - free of any interior columns or supports. Clear span structures maximize the storage area with ample room for your heavy equipment to move in and out.

Whether your need is temporary or semi-permanent, Mahaffey's temporary structures can be made larger or smaller to adapt to your evolving needs. This allows a basic structure to retain its value as it isn't rendered obsolete if it is too small. The length can be changed by easily adding sections known as "bays". This work can be done without disrupting facility operations that are already ongoing.
