Mahaffey structures are ideal for many retail applications since they can be installed with the same equipment as a brick and mortar building. We regularly install insulated steel walls, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, air conditioning systems, and double glass entry doors in our structures. Of course, our structures are designed to be portable, too - with typical applications of a temporary or semi-permanent time frame.

• FAST Installation. Unlike a permanent brick building, Mahaffey can install your structure next week. This is of great advantage for short-term retail opportunities, such as an expanded pro shop at a PGA golf tournament.
• Test Markets. Where permanent facilities aren't available, we can install a facility to test market demand for your product or concept - minimizing your financial risk.
• Seasonal Structures. Mahaffey's seasonal structures are ideal at settings such as ski resorts or for showroom space at a lakeside marina.
• Ground Leases. In a heated real estate market, it can be easier to obtain a ground lease and then install a semi-permanent structure for your retail facility. Once the location is a success, a permanent facility can be constructed and the Mahaffey structure can be relocated or sold, reducing the financial risk to the investors.
